The company's registered offices are in Ratingen near Düsseldorf in Germany.
The company was formed by Klaus Alms in 1972 and is managed by the second generation in the person of Frank Alms.
In order to complete the range of services from a single source, the company's founder, Klaus Alms, formed the ASA service company in Gelsenkirchen. ASA specialises in the individual modification and repair of valves.
In order to take account of the increasing globalisation in Europe, AVA has formed further subsidiaries with their own sales and warehouse locations in the Netherlands and the UK. These allow us to offer globally active companies in particular all-round service from a single source from within Europe.
Both in Shanghai, China, and in Monza, Italy, the AVA Group has sales agencies with experienced specialists in order to monitor suppliers and ensure that delivery dates are adhered to.
